Unhealthy, moldy rooms

A nice and welcoming receptionist when we checked in, but that was the only plus about the stay.

Do not stay here! Dirty, unhealthy moldy rooms, incomprehensible personnel, We got room 104, and when entering it was immediately clear that there was a terrible, persistent, heavy smell of mold. Turned out that the whole bathroom, inside and outside walls were filled with mold (see pictures). Bubbles of mold were visible on the walls in the room and it hit our throats immediately. When we made notice of this at the lobby, the only thing we got was 'sorry, what can I do'. (The hotel was fully booked). No compassion, no understanding, nothing. The word compensation did not exist in the vocabulary. We slept with our outside door open, to make sure that fresh air entered the room, but that caused that we had slept miserably. Next morning another receptionist told us sorry, and made sure to get our contact details so that the direction of the hotel could get in touch: never heard from again.

Last minute booking at 10pm after previous property (Ducal T2) let us down with bait and switch apartment after waiting for more than 3 hours for them.

Price.. fairly basic for 320 euro per night for a family room, but we were stuck for somewhere last ninute
