The lofted room was really cool and perfect for what we needed. The fireplace was also a really neat addition. The room was very clean and smelled nice. Nice location right on the strip. The breakfast had lots of options and was refilled constantly. The staff was super nice. I wish I would have asked the lady's name that checked us in. She was so sweet and talked to us for several minutes just general conversation. I definitely recommend this hotel and will be back.
The only small complaint I can think of is only one elevator and it's sort of in a weird location but it wasn't an inconvenience

Dont waste your money! Way better places to stay
The breakfast was decent for a hotel but kitchen staff was in a arguement with another visitor that made breakfast a little awkward for a family with small children.
Staff was terrible from the start. I booked a loft room months in advance to make sure my wife and I had privacy. Called multiple times to check and see if reservation was good. All time got a yes. Showed up to find out they give my loft room away but they have a standard room in the back of hotel reserved. Had a hard time getting the price dropped to a standard room price. We put the clean room sign on the door when we arrived but no one came the whole week we was there. The kitchen staff got in a cussing argument with another visitor at breakfast. The best way to our room was the stairs so we climbed 4 flights of stairs every time we left and returned. Had to call for more towels and wash cloths to be told the hotel is out of clean wash cloths. This place was terrible and I will never stay there again. The Pigeon nest next door is a way better Choice service wise. But my daughter did get a waffle for breakfast!

We liked that we had a loft where the kids could be up stairs. It had 2 tvs. The breakfeat was good. The staff was always nice.
There was only 2 ice machine with 5 story. And only one elevator had that was a pain.

Very easy to book the room. Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, all the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The only suggestion I would recommend is to place slow door closures on all room entrance doors because when people close them they are loud. Other than that everything was Awesome!!

Only one elevator for all. Very inconvenient for everyone. Bunk beds top safety bars were not secure. Did not let my grandson sleep there. Beds were never straightened. Not enough wash rags or towels for 4 people.

I would stay there again, it wasn't bad.
The staff was very helpful. They were courteous and quite friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I
did not care for the cooked breakfast. In my opinion they could do better. The coffee, juice, fruit, and yogurt were good.
It would have been nice to have a small table when ordering food in. It's not very convenient to eat in the room.
