The room was comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast had a lot of options and the staff was very friendly. Access to the comedy show and Safari night club in the same building was an extreme plus.
Our tub had a leak that no one could fix until the next day.

The breakfast was ok
The hotel needs to be updated. Upon arrival my room had to be switched twice was dirty & unfit to stay in tubs were dirty. I requested some type of refund neither booking or the hotel was willing to accommodate. My days of using this service has come to an end. This hotel is definitely not worth what they are charging. Very disappointed

The bed was comfortable, nice staff, clean room.
shower didn't have good water pressure. Also there wasn't much to eat near the hotel. Not really in a good location if you're planning to stay a while. All in all it was nice

Excellent! Both are of my children enjoyed the breakfast. I like there was a wide variety of choices.
The wait at the conceige desk to check in. There should be more staff available.

Satisfactory facility with great amenities, needs more management attention to detail.
Br4eakfast was excellent and the servers were fantastic. Desk staff was polite but slow to acknowledge guests waiting for assistance. One young lady on facilities team (general cleaning) was always working, smiling, greeted people.
General maintenance. Small plumbing issues which need not exist. I fixed myself in 5 minutes without tools. Spilled paint and caulk on floor and side of tub and toilet. 2 minutes clean up when work was done would have resulted in clean rather than unkempt appearance.
