Highly recommended

This hotel is amazing. It is near all the main attractions of Montreal. Great stores and restaurants near by. The room was great size for us, clean, confortable beds and the customer service is outstanding! Loved the hot chocolate, water, tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times, in addition, the complimentary bag of goodies when we checked in was a plus. We had breakfast included which was served in the restaurant next door. It was very good! Loved everything. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is clean and sound isolation is superb. The washroom is big and water pressure is perfect. The firmness of our beds are just right. The staff are all friendly and can speak fluent English. I had problem with AC, but the valet guy fixed it promptly. I love the coffee machine at the lobby.

The toiletries, especially shampoo can have be upgraded a bit.

THANK YOU!!!!

The staff went above and beyond. My train was over 2 hours late due to an accident on the track I emailed the hotel about the delay. One of the staff members called me to make sure I was still on the way, which was awesome it lessened my stress One of the night staff stayed on site until I got there I am very grateful to the staff and would like to say a big thank you once more
