Not dark enough

Very clean, nice sized room. Bathroom was very large. Staff was friendly.

Two items. 1. Back of hotel faces the highest and car noise was loud. 2. The blinds don't close all the way. There are blackout blinds on the left and right and a very light blind on the middle. Which offers no darkness.

Pretty hotel, nice breakfast,friendly staff

Had $3000 worth of damage done in the hotel parking lot to my car. Reported it to hotel attendant at the front desk who was very nice and apologized and said he would report it to his GM. He also took a picture of the damage, my room number and said they would check the parking lot camera. I never heard anything back from anyone. This was on our first night there and we stayed a total of 5 nights. This made it QUITE an expensive vacation. Also had one day where our room was not cleaned by staff during the day, no new towels or supplies replaced, beds were not made or garbage emptied. We went to the swimming pool one night and spent the next 24 hours itching Super disappointed in many ways with this stay.
