    Great location. Minutes walk from centre of Del Mar. Mini kitchen was nice.
    We booked based on info that there was a bar on site. However after a busy day I asked reception where the bar was and was told there was none and advised me to go to the next hotel. We had booked a 2nd floor room but we were put on the 3rd floor. The AC unit is directly over the bed and blows air directly onto your head.

    The room was very nice. Comfortable and clean. We had a great view of the ocean. It was nice to open the patio door and site on the balcony. The cafe was convenient and the food was good. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

    Good location, fancy interior with a fridge&freezer, microwave, and a coffee maker. Cafe was in the hotel garden and breakfast was prepared on the request. Bottled water and other snacks were available there and also at the reception. I arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in time, but they offered me a room. Other employees (room cleaning and facility maintenance staffs) were all friendly and nice. I want to spend more time at the hotel on the next time.
    The only point that was uncomfortable to me was that the hotel driveway was only available on the road from north (southbound). When driving from south (northbound), you have to make a u-turn at a signal. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

    Stayed a week and it was disappointing
    Cafe was nice, landscaping was nice. Bed and sheets were soft and comfortable. The location was good, but to far from ocean.
    Carpet in hallways dirty and rumpled. Ocean view was a parking lot view with ocean blocks away. Some of desk persons were unhelpful. We asked for menu of cafe downstairs and they said it was in folder in room, it was notso they brought one up and we had to take a picture of it with our phone. We also asked to use a wine opener and they told us to come down to lobby and they would open it. Not premiere service at a best western premiere.
