    The hotel itself is good, perfect location, very clean and has everything guests need
    Staff I am at a loss to understand how these people are able to work with limited knowledge of English, poor attitude towards guests, unwillingness to assist and meet customer needs

    Close to the tram. And easily located. Breakfast is great! All the staff is very nice but Receptionist Rosa and Suleiman are so nice

    I was rather impressed overall with the hotel.
    I like that staff is available all the time. The room on executive floor was great. You hear no neighbors. Huge tv was great. Nice big bathroom. Safe was available and coffee machine. Comfortable bed for sure and great lighting system.
    No food besides pizza in afternoon. If you want to check in early they want 10 dollars per hour/ same for late check out.
