    The plastic handle on our toilet in our room was broke. The front of the furnace was broke on one side and filter had not been cleaned in months.

    I wouldnt stay there again.
    Breakfast at Minervas was good the kids enjoy the swimming pool and water park for little kids.
    I didnt like that the hotel didnt have their own breakfast and I had to explain myself that I was paying for free breakfast and they just wanted to give me 2 coupons for breakfast and I needed 4 but at the end I did got 4 at least.

    I enjoyed this hotel when I was little but it has definitely changed for the worse.
    It was close to a lot of really nice places to eat
    It needs updated and or redone it is out of date and construction was going on, on the roof. Once we got into the room the bathroom needed cleaned and fixed there were some holes etc.. and the shower certain and bathtub were brown and rusted. Bed sheets had brown stains on them and someones hair was all over the bed as if someone rolled all over it before we entered the room. There was also no life guard on duty at all and there were never any towels. Workers there were some what nice and helpful but others didnt seem like they cared about anything whats so ever including there job let alone the well being of their guests.

    The staff was awesome, some parts of the hotel was clean,
    Our room kinda smelled like someone had body order and laid on the bed we found hair in the pillow bathroom floor was dirty tub was dirty and toilet was dirty called front desk no me available to clean asked for a cleaner room they advised I booked through a third party I couldnt change rooms
