The Best Western Summit Inn is highly recommended, with friendly staff and standard rooms. The cleanliness is good overall, though there was a dirty stain on a lampshade. The service is great, with h (Read More)elpful and cordial staff. The location is convenient, with restaurants and a mall nearby, and the falls are 15 minutes away. The rooms are clean and the staff accommodating. The hotel offers a good breakfast and the pool is enjoyable. Overall, a good value for the price.

Good Location, reasonable for families but suggest to look for better options.

Breakfast rating is good, clean with hot selections. However no brown bread or varieties for vegetarians. Rooms were clean however with almost little light I cant add more details.

Room is very old style, you need a torch light to find your way into the room or to check your shoes. Bathrooms were clean but fans were loud & squeaky. Most importantly I guess its unfair that 11am check out with 3pm check in, reducing any little extra time some families may need.

Could have more breakfast options. The plates, cups, and utensils used are disposable. They should change to reusable dishes, cups, and metal utensils.

The property was clean, breakfast was decent, pool was big

They have big rooms for larger families but if you make any noise people are complaining and they will ask you to leave
