Overall stay was fair and not worth the money.

Only the location and ambience is good

Room view is good however their furniture seems very old plus bathrooms are not at all clean.

Superb

Entering the lobby set the time for our stay: the staff were excellent; all very polite, courteous, and professional. Check-in was straightforward. We had grounds for rooms which looked out into garden area. Great variety of food at breakfast, and the chef immediately accommodated our dietary restrictions. The hotel looks beautiful, and the location is stunning!

Minor issue in my room where one of the shutters was stuck, the blind couldn't be rolled up, and the Airton remote was dodgy. The manager immediately changed my room. Lighting and ventilation in the bathrooms need improvement. Consider safes in the rooms pls! Not an issue for us but be aware that the location is out of the main centre of town.
