Good

Property is located in a very quite country side with plenty of attractions nearby.

Rooms heating system didnt work properly, rooms felt very cold throughout our stay.

Superb

Recommended especially when visiting Biceater Village

Overall it was a good night sleep at this hotel. Staff and service are very helpful and plenty of parking spaces at the facility

Carpet looked a little tired in the hallways. In our room there was a clear burn mark from an iron but the room was clean

Very good

Lovely, relaxing short break. Would definitely return.

Lovely rooms and excellent spa facilities. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Evening restaurant menu could benefit from a wider choice.

Almost perfect

Staff were very friendly, the standard of decoration, maintenance and cleanliness were first class. The jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and changing areas were all excellent and it wasn't overcrowded. We ate in the par/lounge area a couple of times and the food and service were excellent

To get from the bedrooms to the main part of the hotel (spa, pool, restaurant, breakfast area,reception, bar etc) you have to pass through a covered walkway which is technically outside. In summer this is probably nice, but in winter, when it is windy and raining, you will get cold and wet, so you have to put on a jacket to go from your bedroom to the rest of the hotel

Poor value for money

The hotel is in a great location and from the exterior looks great.

The interior does not meet the expectations of the drive in. Dated, dirty and mismatched furniture in bedroom. Floors covered in food debris in bar area and common stairwell. I watched the manager walk over 2 dirty dropped chopsticks on the stairs. 3 mins later another staff member did the same. Feature room was terrible- noting luxury about this basic room at all. We value the room at half the price paid. Breakfast was also a disappointment.
