    The Big Ben Lodge offers great value for money with clean rooms and a perfect location. However, some improvements are needed such as more sockets by the bed and more towels per person. One reviewer (Read More)had a positive experience with the staff, who went above and beyond to protect their car from rain. Overall, the lodge has nice, spacious rooms and convenient access to nearby services.

    Friendly staff was the only good thing about the place
    Hygiene standards are extremely poor, shower was dirty, toilet had stains, shower had no pressure and shower head was stuck in one position facing the wall. There was ant everywhere in the room even on the beds, water marks and stained walls aswell.

    It was okay. The facilities are greater than service and breakfast.
    The facility from parking right into the reception was great. The room was spacious and quiet.
    The bathroom window is not secure as there is not burglar and it remains ajar. The breakfast was poor. There were only cereals, fruits, bread and limited eggs/ tomatoe on offer. Table cloth was dirty. After we were served breakfast, nobody attended to us. That has to improve.
