    Great service, relaxing, staff was very friendly and accommodative. Room was clean and well maintained for a 3 star resort, could have mistaken it for 4 star hotel.
    More range of buffet spread and a kids meal in the menu. Perhaps an additional awning/ blinds at the balcony to avoid rain.

    It was fantastic. Everything was just perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing holiday this is it. Staff were very friendly, there to help anytime, rooms and surrounds were always clean, lots of activities, food was also great.
    Probably the only thing would be that it was out in the middle of nowhere so not good for the shoppers

    a real disappointment - needs a major overhaul
    people were lovely and helpful. free transit from the ferry was very useful
    It may have been the Hidden gem of Bintan once but Im afraid its far from that now. very tired and worn facilities, dirty beach that has been propped up by visible sand bags, tired decoration in the room, cracked tiles, mould around edge of bathroom, no apparent effort has been made to keep it up to date or well maintained - a real disappointment

    A little bit off the beaten track and on a busy road without pavements so you couldn't walk to anywhere else.

    Good experience with bintan spa villa resort for 2N for hubby's birthday celebration. Enjoyable!
    Beautiful sea view from room with hot tub. Breakfast selection was good. Friendly staffs. Room slippers were comfy. King bed was comfortable. Cozy small resort. Short walk to little island opposite (with 2 swings put up) when low tide. Outdoor night movie screening n the lawn beside dinner spot.
    WiFi resort-wide was weak, couldn't support well even WhatsApp photos delivery. Limited TV channels, no Netflix. Slightly worn out facilities.

    The staff were phenomenal, the amenities were more than enough and the experience was amazing!
    It didnt deter my experience at all, but perhaps more pastries could be available at breakfast.

    Enjoyable for those who need a complete retreat and to escape the hustle and bustle.
    Tranquility. When we were there there was no guest with kids, hence the serene environment. This was my first time encountering a resort on a weekend with hardly any kids screaming around. Clean room facing the sea, and a cosy bed, just like pictured. They provide a small mosquito repellent spray in the room. There are pests outside room but hardly any found inside the room. We sprayed the repellent everytime we came in from the door, I guess that helped. The jacuzzi was great and heated, although we had a hiccup turning the power on. This issue was rectified in no time by their in-house engineers.

    The distance from the ferry terminal was a put-off. 1hr one-way. City sightseeing? One hour away. Mall? Maybe one or 2hrs away. You are pretty much isolated. Good for those who just want to completely chill within the hotel premises. The restaurant pricing. Which I understood as its a hospitality establishment. Foot reflexology only dealt with bottom feet for half an hour. No calf. Prior to checking in, the hotel confirmed via this platform that there would be birthday amenities. However when we checked in the receptionist said there was none.
