Disappointing

Disgusting smell and experience with staff

Location in a good neighborhood, quiet. Comfortable bed.

Staff put on us all responsability on checkin actions and not supported us when needed. Whole hotel (also our room) smells of fried, kitchen smell everywhere. Definetely price does not match with real level of hotel.

The size of the room is much smaller than the photos, bathroom was also quite tiny for an average height person like me, you have to carry your own luggage, park your own car, not worth the price

Very nice!

The wonderful rooms. THE BEST BEDS EVER!! Nice neighbourhood, good restaurants close to the hotel. The hotel has good service.

Bad breakfast. Can't recommend it, but there is wonderful breaktfast restaurant close by!!

NOT GOOD. Could have been better

The manager when I checked in was the only person that knew what was going on.

I asked for a blow dryer and the blow dryer you gave me had an clumsy attachment which is meant to be screwed into the wall yet it was in the way and preventative to use when trying to blow-dry my hair. Additionally the blowdryer only worked for a few minutes and then it would over heat and it would take 5 to 10 minutes before it would start working again. I informed the front desk that the blowdryer they gave me didn't work and asked for another one. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half and still nothing at which point I decided to check out and go someplace else. Your staff should have called the room and at the very least explained what was going on. To not inform your guest of the status of their requests makes them feel like you don't care and additionally your team is incompetent at performing such a simple task. This was extremely disappointing. The manager that morning showed zero ability in leadership skills and I would encourage you to get someone who has better skills and would know how to handle various situations. Stay someplace else.

Clean hotel located in nice area of Delhi

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at his hotel. The room was bigger than expected, it was clean and I had plenty of room to put my big luggage. The blockout curtains are amazing. AC works very well. The hotel feels fairly quiet. This area of Delhi seems quieter and cleaner than other parts. Staff were respectful. I could leave my big luggage after check out for a few days which was very convenient.

Bathrooms are on the smaller size. Need more bathroom rugs due to water spilling easily everywhere. I don't know if value for money is here but I would stay here again.

Would not stay again.

Location was ok, closer to airport but still in the city in a nice neighborhood. The room was large and bed clean and comfortable. The person who brought our luggage in/ out was extremely nice.

The caffetteria was underground and quite depressing, did not have breakfast there. Ice was not available, the hallways could use refreshing coat of paint, and the floor s didnt seem very clean. No decaffeinated coffee available. The morning desk staff wasnt friendly as the evening staff.
