Very good

Clean simple hotel with really kind and helpful staff near New Delhi railway and metro. The breakfast is good and it's quiet inside the room although in a busy area.

Good value hotel, simple but clean and safe. Staff were very accommodating. It is a quite noisy due to the location. Breakfast and food was fine.

Very good

The location of the hotel is a double edged sword, quite central next to the railway station but you could get stuck in traffic. The staff were good, facilities were alright and we quite like the color combinations and the twist on a quite crowded hotels industry

The hotel tried to call me to confirm the booking and they couldnt reach me. I had to arrange for someone else to call them while navigating my flights, was an uncomfortable situation.

Great value, good location, all needs adequately met. Staff treats you like family.

Tiwari and the rest of the staff was the highlight of this stay. He was available to accommodate our needs, and when we needed to make adjustments to our booking, the staff was very helpful in doing so. When we checked out of our room, we realized we might have been short some money for our taxi. Tiwari offered to give us some cash so that we could meet the taxi fare. He also helped us flag down our car and saw us off. Hospitality at its best.

The building is located in a very bustling neighborhood in Delhi, so there was quite a bit of noise. I recommend bringing a pair of earplugs for sleeping.
