Nice breakfast, nice pool, clean room, excelent dedication to customers, lovely owners, very convenient location near pub street and night market and the river. Exceptional place to stay and planning your stay while visiting Angkor Wat temples, just aks for early breakfast, and tuk tuk in receptions, very friendly people, we loved Siem Reap.

I would not stay again. If your budget is low and you can tolerate the above its for you
The location was good the staff was friendly The bed was clean It was no doubt a beautiful property when it was built but it needs updating and bathroom updates. There was a huge bug dead on our floor in the morning
The rooms are depressing. Dark colours and stained walls. Bathroom musty smelling. We asked for a hairdryer and iron they easily provided both.

Good location.
The noise of barking dogs and a cockerel on and off from 2am every night from the property next door. Stayed there three nights and didn't have a decent night's sleep. You think it won't be the same the next night, but unfortunately it was.

I was very surprised about the good reviews I read and the reality I faced. Everything inside looks old. It doesn't look like a three star hotel. Poor breakfast without any meat.

Tuktuk drivers hired by the hotel were very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was good, the room has a good size and the air conditioning works very well.
The swimming pool was clean and the drinks are cheap. You can play your music when you are in the swimming pool area.
