    The team is fantastic. Specially the reception team. Everyone are nice, friendly and helpful.
    Just the shower area too much mosquito, and its hot to do make up there. But overall still very good.

    The people are fantastic. Service is great. The pool is amazing. Open air shower is a great experience. The decoration and lights are simply the best. I loved the Botanist restaurant. Breakfast was very good. Try the Blue Bowl! They provide great quality umbrellas which helped me survive walking for a few hours in that massive rain :)
    If you are looking for a soundproof room with some privacy, our room was definitely not the one. We woke up to the noisy family with kids next door at 4 am couple of times. I mean it is like they are in your room. We had dinner at the hotel every night which was great. But my husband had bad food poisoning from the chicken one night but the staff tried their best. I think it was just bad luck. We loved the place very much and definitely plan to stay there again.

    Beautifully created with amazing attention to detail to make your stay feel special. The Flying Bamboo spa is exceptional in quality of service and luxury. All of the staff made you feel very dry at home and were just lovely

    Love the entire room set up and furnishings. The bathroom was amazing and the entire room was spacious. The staff were fantastic and room service including bed turndown service was wonderful

    The staff was extremely kind, professional and helpful. Dinner was delicious and the facilities were overall really comfortable and nice.
    Because everything is white (sofa covers and outdoor mattress) it looks a bit used but the rooms are perfectly clean and well decorated.
