Disappointing

Well priced &comfy bed, however staff seemed rushed and unhelpful at times, WC cleanliness an issue

I liked the location, close to almost everything including Public Transport

The cleanliness of the bathrooms was a big turn off, needs to either have more options or needs more regular cleaning.

Excellent stay . Had to extend

Warm welcoming to start off with by the French receptionist Candice. Had the chance to meet later the owner Richie again as I stayed here before. Surprised that some changes have been made over the years. The common areas are big and tidy. Got outside area with a ping pong table, Bbq , surfboards , chess and other games to bring people together. Some events like tournaments are organised with push people to meet and socialize. Gets quieter between 9-10pm Free pasta/rice and discounts for restaurants around, Got someone in charging washing dishes, laundry available. tv room. Located less than 100 m from the beach. What would you expect ?

I love the location of the property and and everybody there was so friendly. Big thanks to John and ronnie for making me feel at home from the moment I checked in

Dirty But ok

It was ok, bedroom was ok, location is really nice, Next t the beach and the coast Walk.

Bathrooms really dirty, kitchen as well. They have someone to clean the dishes, but only 3 times a day. Because there are many People (also partying and drinking all the Time) the kitchen is quite dirty during the day, that you dont want to cook. Pots and pans they store behind the Counter, so you Need to ask for this one.

This is a great place to stay, especially for young travelers looking to make friends quickly.

Location was phenomenal, especially for a good price. I could walk to the beach everyday and go right across the street for a good coffee. The staff cleans the dishes FOR YOU and everyone there became my little family. One of the staff members, Ronnie, helped me make sure I didn't set off the fire alarm one time when I was cooking. He saved me $2,000! They look out for their guests! The staff are also very good about enforcing the 10pm quiet hour. I'm just waiting for my chance to get back and stay again.

Occasional run ins with not-so-great guests, but that is out of the staff's control. I'm grateful I could upgrade for free to an all girls room, especially as a solo female traveler! The common room space can also be a bit loud up until 10pm, but nothing that earplugs or headphones can't block out.
