The rooms were stinking very badly and inspite of the staff putting the odonil sachet in the room and bathroom, it still kept stinking.
There is some serious problem with the way bathtub is designed. The water from the shower keeps on overflowing through the bathtub, making the entire bathroom filled with water.
No soap was given for the use in the wash basin.
The remotes for the AC dont work at first and then were replaced after repeated reminders.
Tea - Worst Tea ever had in our entire life so far. Guys, please learn how to make one of the most basic thing a hotel is expected.
This place is just a mediocre low budget hotel for families in the low and lower middle income group with absolute no manners and etiquette.
A shameful thing happened during our stay - An unattended ladies undergarment was lying just near the pool and it was there for good long 1.5 hours. Imagine the class and type of people who do such shameful act.
This property is just a shady low budgeted hotel and NOT A RESORT from any angle. A resort in reality looks like MADHUBHAN RESORT in ANAND.
Better shut down your hotel or buck up on a lot of things. You will need almost a decade to improve on.
