    Great location in Zurich. Walkable to everything you need.
    Loved the location and the little cafe on the ground floor. The hotel is quite independent as there is no lobby or check in desk, but if needed you can run across the street to the sister hotel.
    Very small room, but very sufficient for our needs. Bathroom door did not stay closed.

    Very good location, close to the Hauptbahnhof. The room feels cozy and the bed was comfortable. The self-check in was pretty easy to handle.
    The shower area was not that clear. Because of the half glass window separating the shower area from toilet, after the shower, the water was everywhere in the bathroom.

    The hotel is really unique, the design and room amenities are really good. Room is enough for couples, we love because have a small window. Have coffee machines, really met our expectations. Room really cozy, we stayed in winter. Self check in is fast and easy, have staffs to help too. We can put our luggages before check in and after check out, is it free anyway, they have rooms for luggages. Coffee shop in lobby area have optional cakes, and is comfortable to seat there too.
    I think depends the room you booked, because in our room doesn't have fridge, slippers and toothpaste. But is ok, nothing problem. We are spoiled with others amenities in room anyway.

    The property is clean and nice. The location is almost next to the Zurich HB Banhoff.
    There is no lobby or service. Although the guy in the bar was nice enough to help me with the signing into the machine. Even if you are a bit early you cannot check in into 2pm. They say you can put your bag into this closet BUT there is no supervision. Anybody can walk away with your bags. I recommend if you are early to leave your bags at the train stations lockers. But this hotel is good if you just need a clean place to crash before taking a morning train or needing to go to the airport. The room is a bit dark.

    The parking was not available, even though it was not promised, it was thought to be easily accessible. It was not. I spent 20 min walking in the rain as I am not local to Zrich to the hotel and the next morning back to my car. This seemed to be amusing to the staff. Please remove the option of parking easily accessible as it was misleading and an absolute pain. The television did not receive any stations and added no value.
