    I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that left much to be desired. I feel compelled to share my negative feedback about this establishment as a cautionary take for future travelers. The reviews must be all fake, otherwise I cant explain the popularity of this hotel. Unfortunately that is the case with most hotels in India and i strongly suggest you look for the bad reviews first; it appeared to be true. First and foremost, the cleanliness of this hotel was abysmal. The room I stayed in was not clean at all, and it was very dirty. The lack of cleanliness was evident from the moment I entered the room, with dust and grime visible on various surfaces. The condition of the room left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were far from professional. It was evident that they lacked experience in the tourism industry and appeared to be locals with no prior training in hospitality. Yes, they were polite, that was all. You cant pay by card!!! The bathroom in the room was extremely dirty. It was clear that the cleaning standards were subpar, and I felt uncomfortable using the facilities. A dirty bathroom is simply unacceptable in any lodging establishment. Lastly, the room had a persistent, unpleasant odor, making my stay even more uncomfortable. The combination of the smelly room and the overall lack of cleanliness made for an unpleasant and regrettable experience. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was marred by its lack of cleanliness, unprofessional staff, cash-only policy, dirty bathroom, and a persistent unpleasant odor in the room. I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay, and I sincerely hope that they take steps to address these issues for the sake of future guests.

    A peaceful and enjoyable stay with friendly staff, spacious rooms, and convenient tuk tuk access to attractions.
    The property was lovely and quiet as the location wasnt situated that close to the main tourist attractions by foot, but was easy to reach by tuk tuk, and this meant at night it was a lot quieter, we sat out by the pool and had food/drinks each evening whilst we were there which was really nice. The rooms were nice and spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. When we arrived, we arrived by bus from Bikaner late in the evening and as there werent any tuk tuks or taxis around at that time, one of the staff members came and picked us up personally which was very kind, we organised it through WhatsApp with them.

    Quiet place, good value, but pretty basic
    Clean room. Nice and quiet. Friendly staff. Solid WiFi. Good value overall.
    Lack of some basic facilities (hairdryer, iron, etc.). Breakfast was basic and insubstantial. Bit of a walk into the centre. Walls definitely need re-painting!

    This hotel is really a very good address. We were very well received, the services excellent, the food perfect without spice, our children were able to enjoy the swimming pool. The staff is extremely friendly. We recommend this establishment for its calm and comfort.
