    Overall a negative experience for the money paid
    The only fact was that it was central for my work trip.
    The 1st room smelled so bad of mildew room 1001. We had to wait outside for a manager to come look. We were moved with great hesitation and the Second room 1109 was ok. The bed was comfortable. We were very disappointed that you do not offer B & B for the price you pay and that we only received 1 mornings coffee sachet, sugar and creamer and had to pay R15 for the next days coffee if we wanted coffee and creamer for the 2nd day. For R4200+- we didnt get breakfast during our stay or coffee for the 2nd morning. There was broken glass next to my bed and I could have stepped in it and cut my foot in the night. The restaurant food was terrible. The seafood basket we ordered, all the fish tasted like strong fish and tasted funny and not fresh at all. We ordered toasted sandwiches the one day for lunch and were told we had to pay R20 to bring it up to the room! Overall terrible. We will not recommend or come back.

    The bed sheets were dirty and the towels The couch was so uncomfortable 15min your back is aching that couch deserves to be in someones garage The area is stuffy not enough ventilation The windows are dirty They had a private party or rager hosted outside our rooms and we couldnt rest we checked out early and nobody had warned us about this prior

    Hotel and resort in good condition and awesome to stay at
    The room was more spacious than expected
    Hotel cleaning staff shouting and talking to other staff in the hall way at 7:45 am , Just because they awake at that time does not mean the guest that have come to relax and sleep in need to be awake. This is not normal talking this is shouting and laughing to each other 20m away from each other ....yes i went out to check what the commotion was about

    We like the pool area. The fact that we were close to the beach. the fact that the entertainment for children was provided even though we had no children on this trip we would like to come back with my son and our grandchildren.
    The fact that you had no halaal eating areas within your hotel. i see alot of Muslim families supporting the hotel.

    Our stay at Breakers was lovely and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
    Location was lovely, staff were friendly and always there to assist with a smile.
    Reef Cafe meals not worth the price I.e. chicken mayo sandwich leaves alot to be desired. Complained sent back and the exact same was sent back saying it had been fixed along with an apology (was not) - photo taken of end result. Another waiter brought back the plates not original waiter who seemed upset and was letting it being known.
