    Location exellent. Clean and easily accessible for mobility challenged. Unfortunately shower vent in bathroom didn't work Ordered and paid $8 for room service hot fries before we left to go out for dinner....40 minutes later no fries so left to go out... Without our fries A bit dated.. ceilings need attention as would be a hazard if an earth quake should strike. Very nosy neighbor peaking out his window and coming in and out if his room at 1 in the morning. Ruined my night by constantly coming in and out of his room so we left early to avoid any problems this weird individual had with us. Other than that exellent venue and staff. Would stay again and recommend to others

    Being placed next to two workers when there was the ability to ensure we were noise free. A man snoring all night next to me in the adjacent room kept me from sleeping soundly, But to be expected for price value if room Slippery marbled floor when wet Mat in the shower as floor a slip risk

    Staff were fantastic and organised to take us to the airport with no issues.
    The lack of elevator and unable to change us to the bottom floor despite my sister having mobility issues with stairs. They brought our suitcases down when we left but did not when we arrived even after explaining why we needed a ground floor room. The pool area tables need a desperate update, not inviting whatsoever and disappointing as the pool itself looked great. The rooms could also use a deep clean and upgrade. Bathroom shower head was incredibly short and difficult to use and we aren't tall people. Curtains were ripped and did not cover properly. We ate at the restaurant on the first night, food took a long time to come out. Staff were overly pushy with ordering before our third guest even arrived at the restaurant. Food was average when it did arrive. An undercover smoking area would be appreciated also.

    Close to the airport, large room, friendly staff.
    Noisy party outside our room with people drinking. Our free airport taxi arrangements got cancelled last minute. It was fixed but made our check-in very stressful.

    The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was a good location for the airport and Wetta Cave.
    No lift and we were on the second floor. The place is a bit tired and run down. Not really an area for walking around.
