The Bridgewater Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham offers clean, modern rooms at an affordable price. The front desk staff is helpful and provides excellent service with a smile. The hotel goes a (Read More)bove and beyond, making for an awesome stay. The rooms are well-designed and very clean. The downtown location is safe and walkable, with friendly community members willing to assist. Overall, it is a great place to stay.

Overall satisfied with the stay, and would be happy to use again.

Very convenient location. Airport shuttle service.

No breakfast facilities - Nearby breakfast cafe options are limited by walking distance and opening times. Minor issue was we had a room for 3 people, but towels etc only provided for 2 but obtained after request

Superb

The stuff were friendly, very helpful with a smile. Thank you for making my visit to Fairbanks comfortable.

The bathroom door has stains maybe from food or beverages, it's an easy clean. The maid should look out for those food stains and wipe them off with warm towels and soap. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Other than that the room was beautiful.

Its a wonderful experience. I recommend this hotel.

The location is near restaurants.

No bfast offering but they do provide hot coffee in the lobby.

Disappointing

Parking lot unsecure with no cameras. Our vehicle was broken into. Allso we saw quite a few homeless/drunks around. not the best neighborhood.

Great place to stay

Great hotel. We even extended our stay by a night. Not the cheapest, but choices are limited in Fairbanks. Staff very friendly and accommodating, and professional. Appreciated the free doughnuts (on the second day), and also the complimentary coffee.
