The room was big, the location was close to the centre, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also great. We couldn't have asked for more!

Couldn't ask for more. Perfect!

Couldn't fault it in any way. Gracious friendly hosts, room was lovely, (warm, cosy, nicely finished, plush towels, tea/coffee, bottled water provided), breakfast was really nice (lots of options and good quality). Location was great - close to National Express bus stop - nice local pubs and restaurants and close to the sea front (Not so relevant in December!)

The brightonwave was an excellent location for sea front and the centre of Brighton shops and amenities. The staff/owners couldn't do enough for you and they were lovely and friendly. The bed was sooo comfy and they had thought of all the little extras too. Breakfast was lovely and tasty and coffee really good!!!

If I have to say anything. Maybe a little tired in places in the communal area but clean.

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend shopping. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We were lucky to find street parking near the property and at 10 per day through the hotel, this was far more reasonable than we had seen elsewhere. Great location with some nice little restaurants nearby and only a short stroll either to the sea or the town.

Great location, cosy rooms, amazing staff and exceptional breakfast!

Such a small and cosy hotel, a stone throw's away from the beach, in a very quiet and central location, with a lot of food places around. The breakfast was exceptional and freshly cooked. The owners are the sweetest people ever! I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in Brighton :)

Lovely weekend away at Brightonwave

Lovely, friendly hosts who went out of their way to make sure that our stay was comfortable. Good sized clean room with a garden. Bathroom was spotless with a jacuzzi bath, plenty of towels. Comfortable bed with quality bedding & pillows. Mini fridge well stocked with water, milk. Complimentary chocolates. Delicious cooked/continental breakfast. Few minutes walk to shops/restaurants. Great location, 5 minute walk to Brighton Pier.
