Exceptional

Very happy

The communication from the agent and the owner was great. The house was very clean and lovely and had everything we needed. All instructions were clear. We had to call the agent about the TV and she was most helpful and sorted the problem quickly. I would highly recommend Broadhouse and hope to stay there again in the future. Thankyou

Perfect location for us to visit family and Cromer

We were attending a family party in Taverham so the location could not have been better, on arrival we were early rang Lucy who said we could enter house early which was lovely. The house on entering smelt lovely and clean our first impressions were good, it had everything we needed for our weekend stay, its basic but comfortable

We would like to make you aware in initially opening the front door it didnt feel locked it maybe the door lock needs some attention as it still didnt feel secure when we locked it at night, we were unable to use garden furniture as it hasnt been cleaned in some time which was disappointing as the weather was so gorgeous, we also had an issue on Sunday evening with the oven we just couldnt get it to work so we were unable to cook our wedges it may have been us or perhaps it just needs checking, it was to late to ring on this occasion as it was late Sunday, if my sister hadnt felt unwell we wouldnt have been cooking as we were going for a meal at local pub. The front bedroom both lamps werent plugged in, we found an extension lead under the bed and were able to sort ourselves, just a little check all round by cleaning staff would have realised

Fine for a couple of nights. Uncared for external areas were very disappointing.

The location was great for our visit to family who live in Norwich. The estate the house is in was fine and we felt safe and secure. Great to have car parking space on site. Bed linen and towels v clean. Furniture comfortable. Good Wi-Fi. Decor fine.

Upstairs - dust on top of wardrobes, pictures, behind beds, skirting boards etc. In bedroom next to bathroom - couldn't find socket to plug bedside lamp into. Trees/shrubs in garden extremely overgrown and outside table and chairs very dirty (tree sap, leaves and bird guano) so, unable to sit outside. There was a significant amount of ant activity all over entrance paved/graveled area leading to front door and we didn't want to end up with ants inside the house. Ant nests appears to be a pre-existing issue, as there was an almost empty carton of ant powder in the kitchen cupboard. I'd suggest providing a couple of full cartons, we had to go and buy our own. Garage door covered in well established cobwebs and same with outside of kitchen door into garden. No ice cube trays to put into freezer - I improvised using drinking glasses and the one egg cup.

We did enjoy our stay a Broadgate House. Clean house, quite location private parking.

Location was lovely. Very quite. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean. Own parking which is a great bonus. Wifi was very good.

The plug for the WiFi kept coming out of socket behind wall so had to use a extension lead which was better. When it kept coming out of socket you would keep losing WiFi and no signal on the TV. There was no filter in the kettle for limescale need to invest in new kettle. Also could do with a jug on kitchen and a bigger baking tray.

Great stay, met all expectations, I'm sure the bins was a one off and would love to stay here again

Loved the outside area and having the use of the bbq, it was all very comfortable and made for a great stay

The bin was full to the brim when we got there which made clearing up after our bbq with friends very difficult as there were no spare bin bags either

beautiful wooden floor in reception, nice sized tv, lovely kitchen, nice clean house

mattresses werent comfy to sit upright in bed but were perfectly comfy when sleeping, bathroom abit dated

Lovely house

Quite neighbourhood, the house is very clean and well looked after. The beds are comfortable, each with 2 pillows, soft and medium. Plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen. We particularly liked the fireplace in the leaving room and the BBQ. There is a well-provisioned Tesco Express within walking distance, about 8min. There is a good playground in Sandy Lane behind the Library with plenty of parking.
