    First front desk receptionist was rude then changed her tune once she realized she spelled my name wrong for the reservation. The sofa mattress was disgusting and soiled spots all over! I couldnt even allow my son to sleep on it. There needed to be another cleaning round and attention to detail for the cost of 900+ for this stay.

    Breakfast at Panorama on Seven was AMAZING! We loved that the waitress leaves the coffee carafe with us. All of the food was delicious.
    Parking was so expensive. Also it seems like there should be a way to get into the harborcenter without going outside through the parking ramp. Maybe we just couldn't find it?

    A very nice hotel.
    It's location next to a venue. Very nice place to rest. Nice security features.
    Breakfast was skipped, since $60 + tax + tip seemed high after $305 + parking.

    Hotel and staff were awesome. Easy walk to the hockey arena. And the hotel restaurant and staff were excellent...and the food there was the best. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in buffalo. A1 service and accommodations

    Location was super convenient, our view was beautiful.
    The price, but I do understand the locations convenience. It was an expensive room and expensive food in the restaurant. The quality was high, but the price would be a deterrent for a future stay that wasnt a special occasion.

    Best experience ever! Went for a concert at the Key Bank center and it was literally a 5 min walk. Very professional and friendly staff.
    Very expensive! But for me personally, it worked considering the proximity to the venue.

    Way overpriced for such a tiny room then parking internet and breakfast were all extra. Very disappointed. I travel a few times a year and know what a room should cost. Didn't even have a microwave.
