    Nice place, customer service a bit rude
    Absolutely gorgeous nature and location of the hotel. Staff member who met us was very kind and showed us all around, make us feel comfortable.
    However, we found a bar and restaurant a bit confusing as you cant have a meal from a bar in a restaurant even tho its cooked at the same kitchen. We needed to go to bar to have a dinner we wanted. Lady who was serving us at the restaurant was not really nice to me as she was trying mockingly read my surname, I know its quite hard as Im Ukrainian, and I was so disappointed and sad right after this. Another thing that happened to me in the morning, when I came to restaurant for breakfast as I believe the same lady asked me to sit with unknown for me people as she thought Im their daughter and it was the last bit. We had another 3 or 4 hours but we made a decision to leave.

    We absolutely loved loved loved our stay at Bunchrew House we decided to have a little romantic getaway and I had read such good reviews about this place it seemed like a good choice - and it sure was! The room was comfortable and big, the two rosette fine dining restaurant was seriously delicious and even the bar menu was excellent. The staff are super friendly, helpful and always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. Finally the Country House itself is beautiful, historic and full of stories. It's a testament to the hotel owners for keeping this place in such good condition and the attention to detail in the house is incredible. The views to the Beauly Firth are also stunning, even on dark and rainy December days.

    Breathtaking Views and Warm Welcomes: A Fantastic Honeymoon at Bunchrew House
    Exceptional experience at Bunchrew House during our honeymoon! The room offered a fantastic view over the Beauly Firth river, creating a picturesque setting. The warm welcome extended not only to us but also to our cat, making our stay truly special. The breakfast was amazing, adding to the overall delight of our memorable honeymoon.
