We had a wonderful week, thank you!
The location was amazing, the views were incredible. It was a very well maintained building and the facilities were great. The apartment was spotless.
The bed in the main bedroom was very soft and the entire mattress moved at the slightest turn in bed. We still managed to nap well but a firmer mattress would be great

Everything!!! From the amazing ladies at reception, especially Leone. Everything was so easy and they were so accomodating. The location is perfect, in north Burleigh so its close enough to walk to Burleigh but your not in the business. There are cut coffee shops close and a Aldi and coles down the road. The views from the apartment are unreal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.

Location was great, easy access to beach, good views from apartment. Nice pool area. Overall, spacious and well maintained.
Apartment was not well cleaned prior to arrival, lack of some kitchen utensils. Both issues rectified by friendly staff after notification. Some furniture and fittings Showing signs of age.

The location, further out from the main town but still close enough to walk. Right on the beach. The views were good as well. The pool and sauna were great.
Its outdated, the dishwasher had a foul smell to it. The shower was old and mouldy. The place needs a lot of work done to it. The washing machine also made your dirty clothes smell worse after the wash. Werent notified about the road works, a heads up would have been nice. For a 7 night stay we were only provided two towels, two dishwashing packets and werent checked in on once.

We had paid what I thought was on the expensive side for other appartments around the area but with the ocean views the room was sold to us under didnt worry to much. On arrival were put on a ground floor with no ocean views so really not to happy considering we definitely didnt get what we paid for

Lovely space, great location for a family.
Location, quiet and close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Heated pool was great too. Large spacious apartment with ocean views.
Mould in the bathrooms, couldnt open windows so this I assume is a reoccurring matter.
Blankets dirty. Not sure if they are washed between visitors. Maybe they could come in a plastic bag so it gives the impression they are clean?
Maybe not charge to use tennis rackets. Instead you could ask for a deposit to ensure they are returned? When you want to play with kids, you know they wont last very long. $10 for a set of rackets each day is average i think. We already pay for the use of the apartment and facilities, I would expect this to be included.
