    Lovely hotel, very nice staff & great location.
    Great location for exploring, right next to the metro and the main train station. Hotel very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and polite. Cosy rooms.
    Shame there was no option to log-in to Netflix on the TV, we were ill for 2 out of the 4 days we stayed and would have made the poorly days much easier with something to distract us.

    Nice place, would come back if I ever return to Milano.
    The proximity to the train and metro stations. Nice staff.
    Some house slippers would have been nice. The hairdryer didn't work but the nice staff brought one to my furious wife with the wet hair.

    I definitely recommend this hotel to others. If I come back to Milan, I will stay to this hotel again.
    I loved the vibe and the decor in the hotel, hotel room was really neat and comfortable. Location was excellent, a short walking distance from metro and central train station. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.
    Only the elevators were really small. Nothing else bad to say.

    Excellent location and staff
    Excellent, very friendly staff. They had a couple of chocolates waiting for us in the room. They upgraded our room for free once we arrived. Room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent if you're traveling by train as it's a 5 minute walk from the train station in Milan.
    There was some noise from other rooms but nothing a pair of ear plugs can't fix.
