Great hotel with attention to the detail
The hotel exceeded our expectations. Great location, close to the main attractions, restaurants, shops. Tram to the airport and train station are located just in front. Marcus - the receptionist gave us a lot of attention during check-in, helped with the luggage, showed the room, offered us free upgrade. In the room we found a welcome letter with small treats and the next day with received also a small gift. All the staff very helpful and polite. Hotel is paying attention to the detail. Room big and comfortable. Free coffee and pastry at the morning. Highly recommend!

Location is really good, just in front the tram station. Walking distance from tourist area, especially Cathedral of Santa Maria Florence. Room with enough space, for 1-2 peoples. Bathroom are quite big. I booked the standard room and have window. Staff are really friendly, smiles and full of help. They even give me pasta for cook after I checked out. Is really sweet.
Maybe offer food room service, I dont know but cant find it in menu, only some drinks

The hotel stay near the center, near transport. Administrator Linda helped check in my room and me answer all my questions. The room was clean, so cute room with comfortable things. Team left me a rote with a happy wishes, add chocolate and bottle water. I agree with status the hotel 4 stars. Thanks a lot to team hotel! Marry Christmas
