    It was a big room for 3 of us with my friends, the rooms were clean gave free food and the toilet was amazing, i mistakely left my wallet in a room and one of the staff came right away to give it to us it was an amazing experience i recommend this hotel as is a very good hotel and the price is perfect.

    Unique experience in Venice
    The hotel staff was extremely helpfull (we needed to make calls to our car rental agency, and they not only let us use their phone, but talked to them for us, since we didn`t speak italian very well). The recepcionist is a gentleman, completely in love with the city itself. Pierluigi, thanks for being so nice to us!
    There are no lifts for the rooms, but the hotel staff carried our luggage for us, so it wasn`t really a problem.

    Would stay here again!
    A beautiful room that was quiet but still close to everything. It was also quite spacious and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here.
    The only downside was that the wifi was very slow and at times unusable.

    Great location tucked away in a quiet street but not far from the main road with cafes and bars. Comfortable bed, clean property and appreciated having toiletries in the bathroom. I slept very well during my stay.
    No English channels on the TV and the casting to device function did not work. The Wi-Fi was not very good. All the instructions on how to use the heating and air on are in Italian so difficult to understand. It would be helpful to provide instructions in another language or for staff to explain this on check. I wasnt aware there was an option to have breakfast at the guest house until the last day of my stay when I saw another couple having breakfast there. I would have appreciated this option (it didnt come up when I booked through Booking.com and staff did not mention this). Little storage space for clothes and personal items. Overall despite being a lovely clean room I think it was expensive for the facilities.

    Good price for Venice stay. 8 min walk to Rialto bridge. 10 min walk from ferry. If you are arriving to Venice with a big suitcase, everything will be hard for you because there are a lot of bridges for walking and there are few steps at the hotel. It was not so hard to take our room key from another hotel because it was 30 mt.away. Thanks to the staff who walked with us to the Proverbi suites. At the room the bed was very comfartable, shower and water was fine. The staff was helpfull. They cleaned our room everyday.
    Heater system was strange, everyday when we get inside the room we opened it, but sometimes it worked, sometimes it closed itself. Lucky for us, weather was fine. Above our room probably there were a family with a child and the kid run all the time when they are at the hotel/home so the noice was too much.
