Suited our purpose as ease for food and account

Room was. Nice. Though some mould in bathroom. Curtains didnt pull very well needs more electricity points for modern technology the windows didnt fit well and a draft all night. Need replacing

So many stairs in the bar area. And again lots of doors in and out that let in drafts by smokers especially

Excellent hotel for location and value for money

Excellent staff from security to check in staff. Room was extremely large. Bathroom clean and tidy. Access to nearby car parks within 3-5 minutes

Pleasant

Disappointing due to the noise from some rooms.

Excellent location, good beds and location

There was noise most of the night with people arguing. The hotel was supposed to be empty but it didnt appear that way.

Apart from having to wait to be let in really lovely

Clean, comfortable and cozy. The coffee/tea/biscuits were lovely and the soap etc lovely. Towels clean and soft and bed comfy with extra pillows if needed

Didnt like waiting outside for ages for someone to let us in, or carry all our luggage back through the pub to be let in. Really felt understaffed and unwelcoming
