Location, facilities, cleanliness, staff. Special mention to Luis Ferrer and Mert Asar for the extra help during check-in and check-out and for making our stay an unforgettable experience.

Mixed emotions but will give it one more chance after 13.11
Location, buffet was really amazing
Staff at reception- they were really helpful and polite doesn't matter what
1)I got the different type of the room than I booked
2) pool parties or music at the restaurant on Weekends day time - it was so loud that you cant chill in the room, earplugs or AirPods wont help- so yes, its THAT loud.
3)i was told once that there are no more sun-beds at the beach with umbrellas- i guess its pretty far from hospitality. Selling less rooms or buy more umbrellas is probably a solution...
4)hundreds of people use elevator- please put hand sanitizer somewhere close to because the buttons are horribly dirty.
