    Comfortable & convenient stay in Kandy
    Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were very attentive. Overall a good place to stay in Kandy.
    Showers were cold but that seems to be the case with most places in Sri Lanka.

    The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the food and drinks in the restaurant were great. Rooms were comfortable and quiet enough to sleep well.
    Was a minor dislike but there was a bit of an unpleasant smell in the bathroom and the shower was hot in the morning but not in the evenings

    Location
    Very noisy AC and ventilation in the bathroom. Could hear traffic and other people conversations. Lack of windows.

    10/10 , MUCH RECOMMENDED
    I loved everything about the property, the staff, the room, the service, it was all exceptional and worth the money. We had a lot of plans to travel out but the room and bed was so comfortable we ended up sleeping well. We requested a late checkout because our train was in the evening but unfortunately they were fully booked but they were so nice to let us leave the luggage at the concierge while we went out to look around the city until it was time. They also have an amazing cafe downstairs, with the cleanest rest rooms too.

    Location is very good. Staff is professional and nice also helpfull! The price is ok, beds are comfortable.
    Small rooms, no window, we had no hot water in the shower, poor internet connection

    Demanding money each & every time during delivery of food by saying account closure. They wont believe their customers for the final bill settlement. Rooms are very small.. Comfort of the bed is not good..
