    Staff was friendly, room was big and spacious with full kitchen.
    very thin walls. We couldnt slept for 1 night out of 2. Some crazy young group was just exactly next to us extremely loud till 4am. Property needs new furniture for sure. Couches were stained.

    Excellent value, great location, spacious and comfortable - and recommended
    A very good value, older-style motel in a great location close to the centre of (expensive!) Santa Monica. I had a very spacious and comfortable room with the bonus of a full kitchen, there is free parking on site, a guest laundry and an excellent cafe just 5 minutes walk across the street, perfect for breakfast. Recommended.
    The bathroom is small and dated but at the price I had no complaints. Call it 1960s character....

    Location great and enjoyed the area.
    Location very good, the room could really do with updating. It was tired and everything from the kettle to the toaster had something not working correctly. So really good location but feeling in need of some renovation work.
    The carpet throughout the apartment smelled a little funky, no soundproofing. Expensive on site parking.
