Great location, but very noisy. I wont be back.
The location and the valet staff were excellent.
The hotel rooms were VERY noisy - from the hallways to the HVAC unit to a hum/vibration that I heard from the hotel - all of this while wearing earplugs. Additionally, the sink didnt drain, the shower water pressure was very low, and the room temperature was inconsistent.

Smiles, warm greetings and a glass of champagne from the Valet staff to the front desk staff as soon as we walked in started our trip off on a happy and positive note! Our corner room had stunning views of the city and surrounding mountains, and was so spacious! The room was clean and comfortable! We loved our room, the cozy Lobby, and Hemingways Cuba restaurant was phenomenal! Gorgeous view from our table inside and cozy warm fire pits on the rooftop deck gave a lovely sunset view.
I cannot say one bad thing about this property or their staff!

Will definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
Beautiful room gorgeous view and convenience to all amenities. Loved the big screen tv we had a chance to watch football. The bathroom equipped and loved the blue tooth mirror. Most definitely will book again as we love the easy parking and great staff.
Nothing was perfect.

It's definately a botique kind of hotel. Friendly staff and overall a good place to stay in Ashville
Location to shopping was great. Our room had a lovely view of the mountains.
Still trying to get use to flooring. It is cleaner without carpeting, but not as warm.
The chairs were not comfortable and we could have used a larger table.

The hotel was fantastic! The view of the city and the mountains was beautiful, room was exceptional, staff was great and the complimentary champagne was a terrific bonus!
