The sauna needs to be more hot and high temperature. It took ages to get the sauna to a high temperature which is not high enough.

Good location for visiting friends, great value for money and the room was comfy clean and perfect for a one night stay. Staff were friendly and nice.
Pool facilities were in a different building not clear to get too, and an event was on meaning the rooftop bar was shut to the public which was a shame!

The rooms were very spacious, well maintained and the hotel had great facilities like gym, swimming pool, etc.
We got a marked up price via booking.com
The hotel's advertised prices on their website were 20% cheaper than booking.com
Even though rooms were available, an upgrade option via additional payment wasn't available due to staff being away on account of Christmas/new year holiday season. Both rooftop bars were also closed. I would recommend booking directly with the hotel instead of using booking.com and for the hotel to mention clearly what facilities are/aren't available during holiday period when sending booking confirmation for the selected dates instead of informing at the time of checking in

Very comfortable and clean hotel for a Canberra short stay
Very comfortable base for our short 2 night stay in Canberra. Bed was large and comfortable. Room was good size and clean. Would recommend. Can also walk to Canberra Central if you don't mind ~20 min walk
Not much. Be nice if there was some outdoor seating for the balcony
