Housekeeping staff kept knocking every day , even when I explain I had reserve the room for 4 nights. The 1st time the housekeeper knocked , stating she was told by her supervisor that the room needed cleaning, that I was gonna be checking out , The next day there was no knocking , housekeeper open the door and barge in the room opening the door, while We were in the room . No respect for privacy.

Would highly recommend!

I like the fact I could leave my car and take the shuttle to the airport. There was food I could purchase without leaving the hotel. Easy access to surrounding places.

It was okay.

We did like the comfort of the room. And the location for us was really good. Close to the airport without getting on any freeways or toll roads.

The place needs to have someone fixed the shower heads with no option to reduce how the water came out. The water was so hard along with having hard towels to dry off with.

The shower didnt have good pressure. The main bed was to high for my brother that was in a wheelchair. The seat in the shower wasnt safe.

The room was huge and comfortable, and we liked the mini kitchen.

I didn't like the fact that all the money you pay and there was no free breakfast or a kitchen to offer a meal. Most hotels have a chef to cook a meal you can purchase or breakfast ready.The little room downstairs was too expensive. Remember when people are traveling things are already expensive so why not make it less stressful especially for families that travel and offer breakfast at your hotel. Holiday Inn was less expensive and had the same suite but had free breakfast. Also I shouldn't have to be turned away for towels at a hotel I'm staying at. Things like that should be well over stocked as much money as I payed, that was weird asking for a towel and being told wait till next morning when they can wash some more, like really.
