    Superb
    Great but.
    Very clean comfortable
    People slammed the main door in the night and smoking and talking outside our window at 2.30am , inconsiderate.

    Good stay for the cost
    Property was reasonably priced, relatively quiet considering its location. Room temperature was good, as was the facilities at the pub opposite. Towels were refreshed every day, room equipped with hairdryer.
    Air conditioning in the bathroom wasnt great - steam stayed in for ages, towels didnt dry in there (hence the need to change them daily). Bath had some staining at the bottom. Single beds were a bit lumpy in areas, my children were complaining about certain springs.

    Poor facilitation by Booking.com
    The staff were superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable but could do with a little TLC and maintenance.
    Finding out on arrival that we did not have an accessible room, this is a booking.com issue, not the Hotel. Found out that most hotels are not sent the requests, ours clearly stated the twin room was for a disabled couple, this was NOT pass on to the hotel.

    Being a villa property owner in Portugal, various hotels in UK need to catch up.
    The continental breakfast served was adequate
    Being allocated a disabled room.... Small bottle of water should be added. Wet room could do with refurbishment as rust etc around the room.
