    Ideal hotel for accessing the centre of the town and the Cathedral. Breakfast very good and service excellent.
    Great location and really good breakfast.Room very clean with great view of the Cathedral, photo attached.
    The bed classed as a double was very small and as a result we spent an uncomfortable couple of nights.

    Amazing location. Lovely place to stay.
    Fantastic location in the cathedral grounds - it was lovely to wander round the grounds when the day visitors had gone. Staff very friendly & helpful. Excellent breakfast

    Location fantastic, staff helpful & friendly, breakfast excellent. My only complaint is that that our room was in need and of some tlc. The skirting boards needed to be addressed & the shower needs up grading.

    Perfect location for a city break, & peaceful enough for a good night's sleep.
    Amazing location, a little oasis of tranquillity, in the heart of the busy city centre. A real privilege to stroll around the cathedral precinct after hours. Room very comfy & breakfast excellent.
    Couldn't fault it.

    Fab location in front of the cathedral, quality needs to improve
    Location is excellent, the staff were polite and welcoming , breakfast choices good, request for rooms to be together fulfilled
    Walls very thin, once the curtains were closed we could have been in a chain of hotels- nothing to utilise the city of Canterburys sights. Twin beds v narrow and pillows not great. Bottled water should be in the room fridge, there is a water cooler down the corridor but for 150 per night , I think they should be in the room. Ceiling in the shower in 112 needs painting as its starting to peel. Bacon overdone at breakfast and the apple juice was extremely sweet
