    A nice and comfortable stay at Cape Town!
    Good breakfast, staff very friendly, very large rooms and nice bed! And also close to most touristic spots. The staff was truly incredible in meeting all the demands we presented. Above expectations!

    Artistic feeling at first. Pictures led me to believe it was high quality.
    Bait & switch description. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. After checking in we were led to a completely different building a block away. No ambience, goony apartment in a non-descript low quality building with no door man. Clumsy security locks. One bedroom had no window.. dark dreary!! Totally unacceptable. But they insisted that our advance payment was non-refundable, all they finally offered were 2 rooms overlooking a courtyard nice vibe, but it turned to be a bar with loud music until midnight every night, and continued loud until 1:30am on our last night. Impossible to sleep even with ear plugs.

    Very centrally located on the nice Bree street, easy to walk from there. Spacious room. Very kind staff.
    The hotel is part of Heritage square where nice bars and restaurants are located. Towards the end of the week this place becomes very lively and thus very noisy. We could hear everything from our room until very late at night, making it very difficult to sleep. Better insulated windows would be necessary. Breakfast is nice but does not offer any milk alternatives compared to all the other hotels we stayed in in SA.

    Excellent service, from airport pick-up to airport drop-off. Excellent full-English Breakfast. Excellent room facilities.

    Excellent small heritage hotel in the historic part of old Cape Town.
    Location on Bree Street is very good with a number of good places to eat and drink right on your doorstep. Staff are very friendly and welcoming....nothing was too much trouble for them. Location is great if you want to avail of the Red Bus tours as their office is less than 2 min walk from the hotel (blue and red routes stop there). Breakfast is also lovely!
