    Good size room, well-furnished. Very comfortable bed. Good quality buffet breakfast. Location is excellent for BTS access, malls, cafes and restaurants.
    Would be better if some of the Reception staff smiled. TV channel selection is a bit limited for westerners. Everything else mostly great.

    Excellent and pleasant stay overall
    We have currently stayed at Cape House for almost two weeks and we have had an excellent experience. The staff, although we have had little interraction with them, were helpful and curteous, cleanliness was excellent and facilities were adequate (although a few more loungers instead of chairs at the pool would have been appreciated). Location is fantastic within a short walk to a skytrain station, Lumpini Park and lots of shops and restaurants within a 15 mins walk radius. Also very safe, even late at night. I quite liked the lounge as it was a good place to do some work when I needed to. We will probably be back when we return to Bangkok.

    Breakfast, although plentiful, was very repetitive and did not offer a great deal of healthy options. When you spend almost two weeks in one place you might want to have something different once in a while. We ate very little at breakfast overall since it did not offer quite what we wanted. It might however very well be on many other people's taste, just not ours. Hopefully this might improve over time.

    I arrived at the hotel after 2am, too tired from the trip, and when I arrived the guy at the reception told me that the room had not been paid for when it had already been charged to the card and that one of the hotel's policies is to charge before my arrival, Booking sent me confirmation of the payment and reservation and the receptionist wanted to charge me again so I had to go to a nearby hotel given the lack of information about this person

    Good choice for a few days in Bangkok
    It was our second stay in this hotel. Great location and spacious rooms, there is a gym and a small pool. For a few days in Bangkok a good choice.
    Breakfast was rather underwhelming, quite crowded, coffee not tasty. Also we had a feeling that some guests are treated with more welcoming hospitality than others

    Attentive staff and nice breakfast though most dishes remained the same throughout our 3 days stay. Has a few 7-11 nearby and eateries close by too. Lounge serves nice pastries and drinks from 10am-10pm. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious with a kitchen area with washing machine too.
    The room has a stale smell everytime we enter. Aircon is noisy. Have to keep asking for toothbrush. Water pressure is low and temperature is not really hot, just warm. Toilet bowl couldnt flush well as all deposits flushed off will be pushed back out again. Have to get staff to unchoke and also learn the way to flush it ie flush and hold and repeat. It was frustrating. Also, the hotel is quite a distance from the BTS station.

    Great little hotel with great location
    We like the lounge where we could get coffee tea fruits cake and snacks. Buffet breakfast. Location was great. Big clean room.
    The tv in the room is very old should change now.

    Relaxing staycation at the heart of the city
    The location was superb. The rooms were tastefully done, very comfy and the free upgrade was really amazing. The bed was comfy and it was really a good place to relax.The executive lounge was good too. Breakfast was tasty and had a decent selection for everyone. Not too big. Facilities were well maintained. We enjoyed the sauna and steam room
    The pool was unfortunately too deep for me. And the rooms facing the road experienced some Road noise.

    The room was big enough and we had a lot of space, the location of the hotel is also very good if you want to use the sky train. The personal was always nice and kind.
    The beds were too hard :( and metro station was 30 min walk away
