Very hospitable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very modern. Our room was beautiful.
The hotel was on a steep hillside and was quite difficult to walk up and down. If there were more shuttle buses available to the beach, it would be better. Apart from that, the views from the hotel were breathtaking.

The resort was beautiful with stunning views. Staff were friendly throughout our stay except at check out. The pool area was relaxing. Situated in a very quiet area which is family beach especially for those looking for the more quiet atmosphere.
The resort is far from the main swimming beach. Like various other resorts have a shuttle service a few times a day, it should be considered by Cape Sienna to fully complete the five star experience.

Comfy bed, amazing view!
Amazing view by the balcony! Too bad that the trip was too short and I enjoyed Phuket too much that I did not try the pool. However, the pool looks nice! The tour staff was amazing! She was very helpful about our one-way trip. SO IMPRESSIVE! Extra points to the beddings THEY ARE SUPER COMFY!

Breakfast was great, fantastic quality and selection. Room was lovely - bed very comfortable. We had a view of the sea but would have prefered a room at the other end with a view of the bay

Great!
The hotel is amazing as well as the staff. Its located on the top of a hill so it wasnt too hot by the pool, as there was always a breeze. The food was great, both in the buffet and in the Poolside restaurant (they have a western and asian menu). The room itslef was awsome, spacious and very comfortable. The view and jacuzzi were unforgettable.
Wifi was not so great. I mean it works, but it definetely could be better.

Nice hotel
Sienna Rocks cafe did great salads of a lunchtime and had amazing views. Roof top restaurants tapas was delicious. Both pools (one at main hotel and one at Sienna rocks) a good size and never struggled to get a sunbed.
Bed was comfortable and great sea views.
Offered late check out on departure day at no cost.
Beaches to the left of the hotel were worth walking down to, much smaller and quieter than Kamala.
Minor points but - room was not ready even though we arrived after check in time, had to wait wait half an hour. Corridors and pathways a bit dated and on the grubby side (rooms and pool were clean) but these areas looked like they could do with a jet wash/repaint. Breakfast wasnt great, lots of items ran out and took time to be replenished. Juices tasted artificial and watered down. Items in room (teabags etc) werent always replaced. Minibar items restocked late in the afternoon and left on the side rather than in the fridge so werent cold.
