    Fabulous stay, wonderfully comfortable bed and pillows, quiet room, super relaxing atmosphere, really friendly staff always making you feel welcome, great breakfast, amazing spa facilities - had one if the best massages!! Thank you for yet another fantastic stay - we really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, especially during the busy Christmas to New year time.
    Dinner - not great. Not much plantbased options and the veg we ordered were overcooked, grey and tasteless. Very dissapointing when the rest of the hotel is so great.

    Wonderful, relaxing, great service and stunning location
    The food was excellent. So much choice and superb service.
    We had a suite and though it was gorgeous the furniture (sofa) needs replacing. It was so uncomfortable and for the price, I would expect all aspects to be comfortable. Needs updating for customers comfort. But other than that, it was wonderful.

    A perfect wind down and relaxing birthday stay!
    We had a river facing room which was so peaceful and relaxing. Being able to open the windows wide on Sunday morning and have the autumn sunshine flooding in while relaxing with a good coffee was pretty perfect!
    Nothing we didn't like, just a little disappointed that we couldn't use the Spa facilities as it was too busy.
