Excellent B&B type inn just steps away from the footbridge to downtown inverness. Staff were very responsive with excellent local recommendations. Room was large, bathroom shower was very clean and spacious. Decor was very cute with plaid patterns in the room! Large queen bed, very comfortable. There was parking space provided for each guest room, wonderful perk for downtown Inverness!

Electric shower kept varying from freezing cold to boiling hot . Host later said it should have been put on number 6 - would have been helpful if he had said that on arrival

Looking forward to coming back again!

The house was nice and ultra clean. The room was beautifully decorated to the detail, comfortable, and perfectly isolated from any sound from the main road. Joey was very welcoming, and was always around to assist with anything we might have needed.

That we only had one night to spend there!

The best place to stay in Inverness !!

Breakfast was Amazing !! Joy and his wife accommodated our request for breakfast at the last minute and the individual selection of food was diverse. Joy was so friendly and helpful and it is the perfect spot to explore Inverness by foot and leave the car parked so no need to pay parking . Would 100% stay there again!

Carisbrooke House is the real deal!

The room and bathroom were lovely and cosy. The guest house is close to everything of interest. I loved the breakfast that you can op into. Our host Joy was so kind and very attentive. He was happy to tell us of events occurring so we didn't miss Guy Fawkes fireworks. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carisbrooke

There's nothing I could criticise...lovely place and a beautiful host.

Joy was an amazing host, very attentive & keen to ensure that we had a great stay. Room was lovely, very cosy after a cold walk. Breakfast was delicious! Great location with the bonus of on site parking. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Inverness.
