    mini family staycation!!
    The ease of access and the friendliness of the staff
    the king bed is a little soft for our personal preference (we prefer a firmer bed) but otherwise everything was excellent!

    Good location but poorly trained staff
    The rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The gym is well-equipped and the location was convenient.
    The counter staff need to be better trained. I had one friendly interaction throughout my entire stay. The other interactions came across as petty. They seem to think they are doing me a favour. The number of side-eyes I received after calling them out for poorly communicating a WiFi issue were unprofessional. They also do not respond when I greet them good morning and good evening. High school, much?

    Great kitchen area and staff went out of their way to ensure we got to check in early.

    A Fabulous stay at Carmana!
    Great location, large 2 bedroom apartments spaciously laid out with a well equiped kitchen. The apartment was very homely with comfy and stylish furniture. Having a drying room, kitchen and two bathrooms was so helpful for our family of 4 to self cater breakfast, dry out shorts and coats etc. And the excellent service at reception.
    There wasnt anything to not like.

    Modern apartments, convenient location, pleasant employees, there is parking, a beautiful view from the window.
    These are beautiful apartments. we had a great time, very clean, beautiful view from the window, all the amenities needed for accommodation were there. I will be happy to return to these apartments.
