    Pretty Venezian style hotel yet modern
    If you want to enjoy venice but do not want to be in crowded noisy area then this hotel is perfect. The water bus stop just infront of the hotel. If you get the room with view to the canal then you can wnjoy and feel thw Venezian life. Room is good size with comfortable bed Nd spacious bathroom. Love all the toiletries smell. Lights in the bedroom is a bit dim but hey its vwnezia.... would love to stay there again

    the room and the breakfast staff, and front desk staff
    The guy in the bar is not friendly. There is a bad smell in the room, and we reported (after 8pm after return to the room), the frontdesk is very nice to respond however they send the bar guy which looks so unfriendly and refuse to admit the bad smell and give nothing to improve.

    Would recommend and happily stay here again!
    Excellent location for the water buses and the boat to/from the airport. Easy walking distance to the heart of the city. Very comfortable room and great shower, with a good choice for breakfast. Very helpful staff.

    Friendly staff, good location not far from main station and welll connected. Very big, nice and clean bathroom.
    Room size was ok but was expecting a little more based on the price. Lack of space for clothes (no wardrobe).
