    I would 100% recommend this property, as long as you have a good data connection.
    The property itself is unreal, so lush and green. It was truly a beauty to look at. The design of the rooms were awesome too, really unique and beautiful.
    There could have been more communication about what is available to us as guests, such as room service, timings of the bar and pool and so on. The only downfall of staying here was the poor WIFI connection across the entire property.

    Lovely stay with friendly staff!
    A lovely styled hotel and felt homely with the decor. It also felt quite secluded with all the trees and plants around despite being close to busy area. The breakfast was lovely with fresh fruits and juice, and Indian and continental options. The staff were lovely and attentive. Davidas you were great, thank you!! There was a lovely space outside our room to order room service meals and eat with some privacy in the evenings. The chefs even provided us with recipes for some of the dishes we really liked. Within walking distance to Anjuna Beach which has a lovely sunset (10-15minute walk). We would recommend going towards Hayati and then down a side road to the beach where there are some loungers outside a small restaurant/bar (on the menu it says its called Nikita restaurant and bar but not sure if you can find it on maps) which looks like a shack (the loungers are free just had to order from their menu - very cheap). The staff were so lovely there and it was a bit quieter than further down the beach and a great spot to watch the sunset. Parveen Kumar (PK) made our time on the beach very comfortable and relaxing! It is best to get there around 10-11am to enjoy the swimming in the sea.

    There arent any sun loungers around the pool, however there are some nice day beds and the beach is close by so its worth visiting there if you want to sunbathe!

    Nice place in Anjuna
    Beautiful building in good location in Anjuna. Close to all bars and restaurants but far enough to be quiet. Lovely pool area. Good size and comfortable rooms.
    Rooms could have been cleaner for this standard of hotel and the price charged - there was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the room. For a hotel at this price we would have expected rooms to be cleaned daily and bottled water to be given daily. While many staff were kind and helpful, some were not. This included one manager knocking on our door one morning telling us we needed to check out, even though our booking confirmation , as well as the reservation details on his own computer, saying that we had one more night. It appears that this misunderstanding was due to the managers inability to count to 4. When we pointed out his mistake he apologised.

    The location is beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are really old understanding they trying to keep the Portugal feel alive but the locks, the bathroom some changes can be made. No toileteries were placed the cupboards were super old the lights come in thru the curtains which the Portuguese left and went. I have also stayed at casa vvagator couple of times that is hundred times better. They need to make changes the staff is super friendly and helpful but this is not their issue if no money spent in redesigning the place.
    The rooms are not worth it I understand that they trying to keep the whole Portugal feel but that doesn't mean the locks the latches the bathrooms cannot be redesigned. It was not worth 10k a day. The five stars in the area are the same price with better facilities.

    I liked everything about it. The location,the rooms were beautiful and had a fridge and a balcony /verandah to sit.It has kept to the old Portuguese feel to it which is very charming. The pool and gardens and the surrounding grounds are constantly kept tidy. Mostly I liked the staff who were so accommodating through out my visit till departure. The rooms are cleaned everyday as long as you leave your keys on the table in the foyer.
    If you like hanging clothes then it is a bit restrictive as it is not a full closet however I managed. WiFi if you were outside on the grounds it is fine but rarely did I get any wifi in the room and speaking to other guests the same was applicable for them. The TV looks operational but it is not .2 staff got the monitor working but the Tata box needs subscription.! TV for me is catching on news while I get ready for the evening.

    Great staff, disappointing property
    The staff was really helpful and pleasant to talk to. Ritik, Samir, Deepak and others were always ready to help in any way then could.
    We paid more than Rs. 7500 for the room and we expected an overall delightful experience. However, these were the things that came in the way: - The latch in the bathroom was not working properly. I got stuck inside the bathroom for a couple of minutes and had to push the door aggresively to open it. - The telephone in the door was not working. I had to always call Ritik on his personal phone for all my requests. - The food quality wasn't great. We ordered pakoras that were way too oily (and mixed veg pakoras included carrot pakoras and broccoli pakoras -- I know it's subjective but they tasted horrible). The Goan prawns curry we ordered had a weird smell. We decided to skip the complementary breakfast and went outside to a cafe. - There were no doormats/floormats in the room. - There were no chairs inside the room. There were a couple of steel chairs outside in the balcony and they too were not comfortable.

    The property is set in lovely gardens and the building is beautiful. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is perfect for the nightlife.
    The bedrooms are in need modernisation, they are old and bits falling off. I didnt even want to sit down on the bed in the 1st room! Our 2nd room was as clean as I think it could be. Although the net curtains need some attention! There are gaps in the windows, so we had several mosquitoes visiting. The room felt damp and I had 2 itchy rubbish nights sleep. Towels didnt feel clean. We paid 270 for 3 nights B&B, which is way too much. We wanted to like this place so much after staying in other similar hotels in India, but its price and photos makes youI think you are visiting a boutique hotel, which it isnt (but could be). If youre not there to party, its pretty noisy. The breakfast was rubbish and we didnt bother the 2nd day.
