Very clean rooms and polite staff but poor management

Service and staff were very nice. Check in and check out experience was okay as well. Rooms were very clean. Food and room service was fair for price charged.

I was asked to make the payment after booking from booking.com. In my case they goofed up the payment link, took a long time for refund. While they figured out what went wrong with their payment link. I checked in and made the payment again. When the refund came 5 days after they asked me absorb processing fee for their and their bank fault. I have travelled allot and this was my worst payment experience. In such circumstances hotels absorb the charge.

Very good

Very nice and comfortable stay and feel to stay in forth coming visit.

Very good response taking care of occupants, security, advise on sight seeing.

Near to beach, location is good, very good breakfast and food, swimming pool is neat and clean, Friday night musical performance is quite interesting, staff and all other employees are very friendly and supportive. We feel to stay in the coming visit. Overall it is very good.

Pool was good Restaurant Food and service was good Location is good Villa was good Good property but deluxe room was not good.

My daughter and son in law were given Deluxe room 321 was not good . Full amount paid in advance.Bathroom things were not working .reception guy was rude. Room light was blinking. Room keys not working. Hot water was not working. Hotel staff on Sunday was not responding properly.never take non refundable room in this hotel. Next they took villa in this hotel for 2 nights and paid 15 extra. Villa was good.

Overall it was memorable stay in the resort and looking forward to come again to goa

The location was perfect with market other restaurants and beach with 10 min drive. Overall I would surely recommend to others. Breakfast spread was good and staff service was attentive.
